About Retco Tool

Retco Tool Company has over 40 years of service to a variety of industries such as the Petroleum, Aerospace, Mining, Electronic, Dental, Medical and General Manufacturing.

The company has a rich history that begun in 1958 when Robert F. Bess took controls of Reliant Tool Company. Reliant Tool was a sales driven leader in the manufacturing industry representing such companies as V.R. Wesson.

In 1964, it became apparent that a fabrication capability was needed and Retco Tool Company was born. In the beginning they primarily fabricated cutting tools, but then grew into wear parts in 1985 and added Low Pressure Injection Molding in 1993. Retco is a pioneer in the field of carbide injection molding.

We are a world leader in low pressure molding technology. In 1995, we developed an Ultra Grain (<0.5 µm) Carbide wear grade We are continually striving to develop the ultimate in wear grade material. Reliant Tool company was eventually absorbed by Retco in 1998 due to the growing needs of Retco in the manufacturing industry.
