It's all about GEOMETRY. We can provide feasibility studies for an application using different grades of carbide.  Our binder systems are all organic so no special handling or equipment is required for the disposal of any by-products. Retco offers a complete 'turn-key' operation from mold design, injection, dewaxing to sintering. We can determine what type of tooling is feasible for your particular application then design and fabricate your molds.

Retco can produce your carbide parts using the Peltsman family of Low Pressure Injection Molding Machines (Semi-automatic and Automatic). Retco can produce very complex designs where the run quantity may be low or utilize the 15 ton Dorst press to produce over 25,000 parts per week.
