Low Pressure Injection Molded Technical Ceramics Applications.

It's all about GEOMETRY. We can provide feasibility studies for an application using materials previously researched or another material. A feasibility study costs approximately $25,000.00. Our binder systems are all organic so no special handling or equipment is required for the disposal of any by-products.

We can design and fabricate your molds or determine if tooling is feasible for your particular application. We will consider each request on a case by case basis and charge accordingly.

We can develop your process using the Peltsman family of Low Pressure Injection Molding Machines (Semi-automatic and Automatic). Currently we have developed a process for a company that is producing 25,000 parts per week.

Retco has manufactured Low Pressure Injection Molding Tungsten Carbide Wear Parts since 1994. We have developed some record breaking wear grades for general industrial use. Contact our President or R&D Manager who are qualified specialists in wear parts for more information.
